Storage Instructions
Before Opening:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unopened products will stay fresh for 18-24 months.
After Opening:
- Jams, Jellies & Fruit Spreads: Refrigerate immediately after opening. Use within 3-4 months for best quality. Always use a clean, dry spoon to prevent contamination.
- Finishing Sauces: Refrigerate after opening. Use within 2-3 months. Shake well before use.
- Balsamic Vinegars: No refrigeration needed. Store in a cool, dark place away from heat sources. Use within 12 months for optimal flavor. Cap tightly after each use.
- Infused Oils: No refrigeration needed. Store in a cool, dark place away from heat and light. Use within 6-8 months. Keep bottle sealed when not in use to preserve flavor.
- Seasonings & Spice Blends: No refrigeration needed. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heat. Use within 6 months for peak flavor. Keep container tightly closed.
Quality Tips:
• Natural separation may occur in oils and vinegars - this is normal
• Discard if you notice any unusual odors, colors, or mold
• Always check the "best by" date on the label
