Forget the syrups — this season, we’re mixing our cocktails with jam. Bittersweet Herb Farm’s small-batch, preservative-free jams turn any glass into a handcrafted celebration. 

 

Raspberry Thyme Sparkler

Jam: Red Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz (45 ml) gin

  • 1 tbsp (20 g) Bittersweet Herb Farm Red Raspberry Jam

  • ½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

  • 2 oz (60 ml) chilled club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh thyme sprig

Method:
Shake gin, jam, and lemon juice with ice until cold and bright. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with club soda, and let the bubbles do their dance.

 

 

 

Blueberry Bourbon Smash

Jam: Blueberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) bourbon

  • 1 tbsp (20 g) Bittersweet Herb Farm Blueberry Jam

  • ½ oz (15 ml) lime juice

  • 3–4 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 oz (30 ml) club soda

  • Crushed ice

Method:
Muddle mint + jam in a shaker. Add bourbon, lime juice, and ice. Shake like you mean it. Pour over crushed ice and finish with a sparkle of club soda.

 

Strawberry Basil Fizz

Jam: Strawberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz (45 ml) vodka

  • 1 tbsp (20 g) Bittersweet Herb Farm Strawberry Jam

  • ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice

  • 2 basil leaves

  • 2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water

  • Ice

Method:
Shake vodka, jam, lemon juice, and ice until chilled and blushing pink. Strain into a coupe, top with sparkling water, and float a basil leaf.

 

Winterberry Old Fashioned

Jam: Blueberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) rye whiskey

  • 1 tsp (5 g) Bittersweet Herb Farm Blueberry Jam

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

  • Orange peel

  • Ice

Method:
Stir whiskey, jam, and bitters over ice until silky. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, then run an orange peel around the rim for aroma.

 

Strawberry Fields Spritz

Hero Jam: Strawberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Aperol (or light bitter aperitif)

  • 1 tbsp (20 g) Bittersweet Herb Farm Strawberry Jam

  • 3 oz (90 ml) prosecco

  • 1 oz (30 ml) club soda

  • Ice

Method:
Stir Aperol + jam gently with ice. Strain into a wine glass, add prosecco and soda, and swirl once to blend.
