Chipotle Peanut Cold Asian Noodles
Ingredients:
Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce
¼ Cup Chopped Peanuts
2 scallions
Pasta
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until pasta is cool. Toss noodles with Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce. Toss with chopped Peanuts and veggies of your choice. Chill and serve cold topped with scallions.
