Blue Zone inspired Nachos


Tortilla Chips

1 Can Black Beans drained

1/4 Cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle

1/4 Cup corn drained

2 Cups swiss chard washed, drained and stems removed

Swiss Chard stems chopped into small pieces

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup avocado

1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts

Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Aioli 

1/2 Cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Plant Based Sausage Patties, crumbled

1 Cup cucumber sliced and cut into quarters


In a small pot on medium low heat add your can of beans and  1/4 Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce.  Heat stirring occasionally.  Remove from heat. ( Bittersweet Herb Farm Baked Beans).

In  a small frying pan add olive oil and stems from swiss chard and saute until tender. Add the remainder of the swiss chard and cook until just wilted.  Remove from heat.

On a large platter place chips into one layer slightly overlapping each other. Add 1/2 of the baked beans,1/2 of the corn and 1/2 cucumbers. Top with more chips and repeat layering remainder of corn, cucumbers and baked beans.  Drizzle the top with Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Aioli .  Top with   artichoke hearts, avocado, crumbled Bittersweet Herb Farm Plant Based Sausage Patties.

You can serve just like this or add Salsa or any other toppings of your choice.
