Plant Based Breakfast Sausage Patties


1 Tbsp ground flax seed

2-3 Tbsp water

3/4 Cup Rolled Oats ground coarse

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

2 Tbsp Tapioca Flour

1 Heaping Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Savory Herb Seasoning

1 Cup cooked brown rice

2 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil

1 1/2 Tbsp Tamari

1 tsp molasses

4-5 Tbsp Olive oil


in a small bowl add 1 Tbsp ground flax seed and 2-3 Tbsp water.  Let sit.  In a large bowl add Rolled Oats, nutritional yeast, Tapioca Flour, Bittersweet Herb Farm Savory Herb Seasoning and cooked brown rice.  Mix well and add molasses,  Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil , Tamari and .Flaxseed mixed with water.  Mix and form into patties.  Add 4-5 Tbsp Olive oil to a frying pan.  Cook patties until brown on both sides.  Enjoy!
