3 large sweet potatoes cut lengthwise in half
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp Tamari (or salt to taste)
1 can black beans (or you choice of beans)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a 9 x 12 baking pan add Olive oil, 1 Tbsp Tamari (or salt to taste) and Bittersweet Herb Farm Balsamic Vinegar with Maple Syrup. Take cut sweet potatoes and coat with mixture on both sides. Place in baking pan and cook for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender.
In a small pot on medium low heat add your can of beans and 1/4 Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce. Heat stirring occasionally.
Place cooked potatoes on a plate and top with the baked beans.
