1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped cauliflower
2 handfuls fresh spinach
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped summer squash
1/2 cup chopped garlic scapes
2 packages Palmini noodles prepared following package directions then patted dry.
In a large skillet or a wok, heat Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil. When oil is hot add all vegetables except spinach. Cook vegetables on medium high heat until desired tenderness. We added about 1/4 cup of water to steam them just a little. When they are at desired tenderness add spinach and Palmini noodles. Pour Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce over the top and toss until well mixed. Serve! Bring the Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce to the table with you and add more to taste. Enjoy!
