Avocado Salsa


3 Tbsp olive oil

3 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Balsamic Vinegar with Orange and Rosemary

1 Tbsp  Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning

1 1/2 cups avocado cut into small cubes

1 1/2 cups fresh or canned diced tomatoes (drained)

1 cup cilantro chopped

2 Tbsp jalapeno peppers chopped fine  (adjust amount to taste)

1 cup chopped onion

2 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce


In a large bowl whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning.  Next step is to add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.  Serve with Tortilla chips, as a side or top a taco with this amazing salsa.  The possibilities are endless.  Enjoy!
