Zesty Greens and Beans Soup


4 Cups water

1 Tbsp. Vegetable bullion (or 1 Cube)

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 medium onion chopped

2 celery stalks chopped

1 cup shredded carrot

4 cups kale (about a quarter of a bunch)

1 can white beans of your choice

1 can diced tomatoes

2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Sundried Tomato and Horseradish Seasoning

2 tsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning

2 Tbsp. Tamari (or salt to taste)


In a large stockpot add Olive oil with 2 tsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning, let heat for about a minute and add onion, celery and carrots.  Sauté until onions are translucent.  Add in water, 2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Sundried Tomato and Horseradish Seasoning and Vegetable bullion.  Let simmer for about 5 minutes.  Add in your kale, beans and tomatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes.  Your delicious soup is ready to be served!
