Vegan Salisbury Steak with Black Pepper Finishing Sauce


1 lb. ground vegan burger (you can use regular ground beef)

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Onion Seasoning

1 Tbsp. ground flax seed mixed with 3 Tbsp. water (you can use 1 egg)

1/3 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Finishing Sauce

1/4 cup vegetable broth ( you can use beef broth)


In a large bowl add ground burger Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Onion Seasoning, flax seed and bread crumbs.  Mix well and form into patties.  Place in a baking dish and add vegetable broth.  Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.  Remove cover and drizzle with Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Finishing Sauce.  Bake an additional 20 minutes. remove from oven and serve over mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.  Enjoy!
