Vegan Salisbury Steak with Black Pepper Finishing Sauce


1 lb. ground vegan burger (you can use regular ground beef)

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Onion Seasoning

1 Tbsp. Ground flaxseed mixed with 3 Tbsp. water (you can use 1 egg)

1/3 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Finishing Sauce

1/4 cup vegetable broth ( you can use beef broth)


Add ground burger Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Onion Seasoning, flaxseed, and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix well and form into patties. Place in a baking dish and add vegetable broth. Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and drizzle with Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Finishing Sauce. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve over mashed potatoes or buttered noodles. Enjoy!
