1 head of cabbage sliced into 1-inch slabs
2 Tbsp. Sundried Tomato and Horseradish Cabbage Steakter (room temperature)
1 /4 cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl add butter and Bittersweet Herb Farm Sundried Tomato and Horseradish and mix well. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Place cabbage on a cookie sheet and spread butter and seasoning mixture on both sides of the cabbage. Drizzle cabbage with Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil, and rub on both sides.
Bake for 20 minutes on each side. Then broil for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Enjoy!
