Sundried Tomato and Horseradish Cabbage Steak

Ingredients:

1 head of cabbage sliced into 1 inch slabs

2 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Sundried Tomato and Horseradish

1 /4 Cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a small bowl add butter and Bittersweet Herb Farm Sundried Tomato and Horseradish and mix well.  Line a cookie sheet with foil.  Place cabbage on cookie sheet and spread butter and seasoning mixture to both sides of cabbage.  Drizzle cabbage with Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil, rub on both sides.

Bake 20 minutes on each side.  Then broil for 2-3 minutes or until browned.  Enjoy!
