1 Can chickpeas drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp Olive oil
Plant based Feta Cheese (or regular feta)
Fresh salad greens
In a skillet heat the oil and Bittersweet Herb Farm Cajun Seasoning add the can of chickpeas and cook until slightly crunchy. In the meantime put fresh chard on the plate topped with fresh salad greens. Top with Feta cheese. When chickpeas are done add to the top of your salad and you are ready for your dressing! Enjoy!
2/3 Cup olive oil
2 Tbsp Tamari
Mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight sealed lid and shake well. Drizzle over Salad. Refrigerate any leftovers.
