1/2 lb broccoli spears steamed
1/4 cup plant based butter
2 1/2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
In a medium sized saucepan on medium high heat, melt the plant based butter with the Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Pepper Oil. Add the nutritional yeast and stir well for about 1 minute. Your sauce is ready to put over the broccoli. Enjoy.
