Spinach Pesto


Precooked Pasta

4-6 cups fresh spinach

1 1/2 Tbsp. walnuts

1 1/2 Tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning

1 Clove fresh garlic

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (or Parmesan cheese)


In a food processor add all of the ingredients above other than the pasta.  Blend until chopped well.  Be careful not to over blend as it will turn to liquid.  Serve over Pasta and enjoy.
