Tofu (or meat of your choice)
1 red bell pepper
1/4 cup Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce
1/4 cup Peanut butter
1 Tablespoon Chili Pepper with Garlic oil
Follow directions on the back of the package to cook the soba noodles.
Cut the tofu into cubes, add 1 tablespoon of Chili Pepper with Garlic oil to a pan on medium heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown
Thinly slice the cucumbers, bell peppers and carrots.
In a separate bowl, add the peanut butter and Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce and mix together
Combine the noodles, veggies and Peanut sauce. Mix well and enjoy!
