Sautéed Zucchini spirals with Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce


Cooked rice of your choice

1 zucchini spiralized

1 summer squash spiralized

3-4 Tbsp.  Bittersweet Herb Farm Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Spices of India Seasoning 

2 Tbsp. tamari

2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1/4 cup water


Add olive oil squash and water in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Let cook down until squash is tender. Push squash to the side and add Bittersweet Herb Farm Spices of India Seasoning and tamari. Stir well. Add nutritional yeast and Bittersweet Herb Farm Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce. Heat through. Serve on top of cooked rice.
