Quinoa Tabbouleh with Lemon Pepper Oil

Ingredients:

2 Cups cooked quinoa

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped cucumbers

1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts

1/4 plant based feta cheese

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

1/4 cup cilantro ( parsley or mint can also be used)

1 Tbsp Lemon juice

3 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Pepper Oil

Directions:

In a large bowl add all ingredients and toss well.  Enjoy!
