2 lbs. cooled cooked potatoes cut into bite-sized cubes.
1/4 cup celery (2stalks)
3/4 mayonnaise (we used vegan)
1 Heaping Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Dill Seasoning
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well—salt and pepper to taste. Serve as a side or as a main dish. Enjoy!!!
