Ingredients: For the Dressing:
2/3 Cup olive oil
1/3 Cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Balsamic Vinegar with Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Tamari
2 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Pepper Oil
1 tsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning
Add Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning to tamari and let sett for about 5 minutes to rehydrate. Then mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight sealed lid and shake well. Drizzle over Salad. Refrigerate any leftovers.
Ingredients For the Salad:
Lettuce mixture of your choice (We used a spring mix). Top with shredded carrots, cucumber,sliced peppers and any other topping of your choice.
