Garden fresh Gazpacho


2 lbs. tomatoes cubed

1 medium onion chopped

2 pickling cucumbers or 1 medium cucumber

1/2 cup chopped green pepper (you can add a small jalapeno if you want a little more spice.

salt to taste

2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 1/2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Pepper Oil

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Balsamic Vinegar with Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm New England Barbecue Seasoning


In a large food processor, combine all ingredients above and blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until desired texture. Enjoy!
