2 cucumbers sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise (we used vegan)
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Dill Seasoning
In a medium-sized bowl add all ingredients except cucumbers. Whisk together well and then pour over cucumbers. Toss well making sure to coat all of the cucumbers. Let sit for about 1/2 hour before serving.
