2 Cups cooked brown rice
1 Block of tofu drained and cut into 1 inch cubes
2 heaping Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/4 cup Vegan Fish Sauce or Tamari
3 Tbsp. Safflower oil
Note: You can also add cut up vegetables of your choice
In a large nonstick or cast iron skillet on medium high heat, add both the Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil and safflower oil and heat until a drop of water starts to dance. Add tofu and brown on all sides, this will take about 7-10 minutes. Once tofu turns brown add the fish sauce, the Bittersweet Herb Farm Southwest Picante Seasoning and the nutritional yeast. Mix well to make sure all tofu is coated. Add your rice and stir. You are ready to serve. Enjoy!
