Crisp and Spicy Air Fryer Tofu



1 block of tofu pressed and cubed

2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Mexican Seasoning

2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast

pinch of salt


In a medium-sized bowl add cubed tofu and coat evenly with Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil.  In a separate medium-sized bowl with a lid add nutritional yeast and Bittersweet Herb Farm Mexican Seasoning (or you can use Bittersweet Herb Farm Cajun Seasoning or Bittersweet Herb Farm Southwest Picante Seasoning).  Add Tofu to the dry mixture cover and shake to coat well.  Place in a single layer in an air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.  Check at 5 minutes, you might want to shake them up a little making sure they crisp on all sides.  Serve with any of our Aioli recipes or on a salad as pictured.  Enjoy
