Thai Pizza with Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce


Cauliflower pizza crust cooked according to package directions (or a regular pizza crust)

1/4 cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce

1 Tbsp peanut butter

 1/4-1/2 cup red onion and bell pepper sauteed in Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil (or your choice of toppings)

1/4 cup sauteed tofu (or meat of choice)

1/4-1/2 cup of shredded vegan mozzarella (or your choice of mozzarella)

Fresh cilantro for garnish


Pre cook frozen pizza crust according to the package directions. Let cool for approximately 5-10 minutes.

Mix peanut butter with  Bittersweet Herb Farm Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce and top your crust with mixture. Add your sauteed onions and peppers the tofu and then top with cheese.  Bake until cheese is melted about 10-12 minutes (it will take longer if using a regular pizza crust).  Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes or so.  Top with cilantro and serve.  Enjoy!
