Cauliflower pizza crust cooked according to package directions (or a regular pizza crust)
1/4 cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/4-1/2 cup red onion and bell pepper sautéed in Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil (or your choice of toppings)
1/4 cup sautéed tofu (or meat of choice)
1/4-1/2 cup of shredded vegan mozzarella (or your choice of mozzarella)
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Pre-cook frozen pizza crust according to the package directions. Let cool for approximately 5-10 minutes.
Mix peanut butter with Bittersweet Herb Farm Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce and top your crust with the mixture. Add your sautéed onions and peppers to the tofu and then top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted about 10-12 minutes (it will take longer if using a regular pizza crust). Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes or so. Enjoy! Top with cilantro and serve.
