Sundried Tomato and Horseradish Crusted Chicken


1-1/2 pounds chicken thighs (or your choice of chicken)

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm  Sundried Tomato and Horseradish Seasoning



Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a med bowl or large zip lock bag, mix grated parmesan cheese and

Bittersweet Herb Farm Sundried Tomato and Horseradish Seasoning.

Add chicken to coat.

Place chicken on baking sheet and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.  About 30-35 minutes depending on size of chicken pieces.

Serve with your favorite sides.  Enjoy!!!
