3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp plant based butter
1 Heaping Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning
1/2 cup diced onion
4 Cups shredded summer squash
salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet or wok, add olive oil, butter and Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning. Cook for about one minute making sure butter does not burn. Add summer squash and cook until reduced to 1/2. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on top of cooked pasta. Enjoy!
