1 package of mini fillo cups thawed
1 package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 small onion chopped into small pieces
2 Tbsp plant based butter
1 heaping tsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning
4 oz plant based feta cheese
In a medium sized fry pan add butter, Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning and onion. Saute until onions are translucent. Add spinach and heat through. Remove from heat and add the feta cheese. Mix well and put about a Tbsp of mixture into each fillo cup. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Or until fillo shells are golden brown. Serve warm. Enjoy!
