1 head cauliflower washed and patted dry cut into 1 inch steaks (usually makes 4)
1/4 cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce (more if desired)
2 cups vegetable broth
1/4 olive oil
In a large skillet on medium high heat add 1 Tbsp olive oil and brown both sides of a steak. Repeat for each steak. Once the cauliflower is brown on both sides add 1/4 cup broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes per side adding another 1/4 broth when turning to other side.
Once steaks are tender drizzle with Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce and heat until a nice glaze forms. Flip and do the same on the other side. Enjoy!
