Shrimp Stir Fry with Rice Noodles and Wasabi Ginger

Ingredients:

1 package of rice noodles cooked according to package directions

1 lb. raw shrimp peeled and deveined

1 small zucchini cut into small cubes

1 small summer squash cut into small cubes

1 small onion chopped

1 small green or red pepper cut into cubes

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup celery sliced very thin

1/4 cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce (or to taste)

6 Tbsp. olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil

Directions:

In a large skillet or on a flat top grill, heat 3 Tbsp. Olive oil. Add all vegetables and cook until just starting to turn tender. Remove from pan or grill. In the same pan, add another 2 Tbsp. Olive oil, Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil and shrimp. Cook until pink on both sides. Add vegetables back to the pan or grill and the shrimp and noodles. Pour Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce on top and toss. Serve and Enjoy!
