1 loaf stale gluten-free bread (leave bread on a cookie sheet uncovered overnight). (or bread of your choice)
4 Tbsp. plant-based butter (Or regular butter)
Melt butter in a small saucepan adding Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning. Simmer for about 2 minutes to rehydrate the seasoning. Brush on the slices of bread and bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let cool once the bread is cooled, cut it into 1" chunks, and place in a large bowl.
Ingredients: For Stuffing mixture
1 large onion coarsely chopped
1 cup carrot chopped fine
1 cup celery diced fine
4 Tbsp. plant-based butter
2 cups vegetable broth
In a medium-sized saucepan, add butter, carrot, celery, onion, and Bittersweet Herb Farm Savory Herb Seasoning. Sauté until vegetables are tender. Add mixture to the bread. Toss well. Add broth a little at a time tossing as you go. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
