November Series Holiday Stuffing

Ingredients: For the bread

1 loaf stale gluten free bread (just leave bread on a cookie sheet uncovered overnight). (or bread of your choice)

4 Tbsp plant based butter

1 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning.


Melt butter in a small saucepan adding Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning. Simmer for about 2 minutes to rehydrate the seasoning.  Brush on the slices of bread and bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.  Remove from oven and let cool.  Once the bread is cooled cut into 1" chunks and place in large bowl.

Ingredients: For Stuffing mixture

1 large onion coarsely chopped 

1 cup carrot chopped fine

1 cup celery diced fine

4 Tbsp plant based butter

2 cups Vegetable broth

2 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Savory Herb Seasoning


In a medium sized saucepan add butter, carrot, celery, onion and Bittersweet Herb Farm Savory Herb Seasoning.  Saute until vegetables are tender.  Add mixture to the bread.  Toss well.  Add broth a little at a time tossing as you go.  Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
