Lemon Dill Dip with Spinach

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Dill Seasoning

2 cups chopped fresh spinach

Directions:

In a large bowl add the sour cream, mayonnaise and Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Dill Seasoning.  Wisk together well, then add your spinach.  Toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.  Serve over a baked potato, in a bread bowl or just as a dip for tortillas or crackers, you decide!  Enjoy!
