4 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning
1/4 Cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce
1 rack baby back pork ribs
1/4 Cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce

Directions:
Start the grill and keep flame low. Place ribs meat-side down on aluminum foil. Prick back of rib rack several times with a knife. Generously apply coating of Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning to all sides of rib rack. With rib rack meat-side down, fold foil around it to create a tight seal. Transfer to grill. cook until tender and cooked through, about 40 minutes. Open foil, drain and discard any accumulated juices and fat. Brush with Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce on all sides return to grill, leaving foil open. Cook for 10 minutes, turn rack over and brush another layer of Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce on the other side. Cook for a remaining 10 minutes. Watching that it doesn't burn.
Cut rack into individual rib segments and serve with more sauce.
