Grilled Smoked Maple Chipotle Ribs

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp.  Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning 
1/4 Cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce 
1 rack of baby back pork ribs

    Directions:

    Start the grill and keep the flame low. Place ribs meat-side down on aluminum foil. Prick the back of the rib rack several times with a knife. Generously apply a Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning coating to all sides of the rib rack. With the rib rack meat-side down, fold foil around it to create a tight seal. Transfer to grill. Cook until tender and cooked through about 40 minutes.   Open the foil, drain, and discard any accumulated juices and fat. Brush with Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce on all sides, return to the grill, leaving the foil open, and cook for 10 minutes.  Turn the rack over and brush another layer of Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce on the other side. Cook for a remaining 10 minutes.  Watching that it doesn't burn. Cut the rack of ribs into individual segments and serve with more Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce.
