Garlic with Rosemary Oil with Oven Roasted Veggies
1 lb Brussel Sprouts
2 Sweet Potatoes
1 Large Onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375. Cut the brussel sprouts in half and remove any outer leaves, Chop both types of Potatoes into cubes that are around the same size as the brussel sprouts Next chop the onion into large chunks. Place all veggies on a lined sheet pan and drizzle Garlic Rosemary Oil on top. Salt and pepper to taste and mix around the Veggies to make sure that all are covered. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until it is easy to get a fork into them.
