6 Eggs, hard boiled, peeled
¼ c. Mayonnaise
1 T. Bittersweet Herb Farm Spices of India Seasoning
2 T. Celery, chopped fine
2 t. Dijon Mustard
2 T Green Onion, minced
1/8 t. Worcestershire Sauce
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Sprinkle of Paprika
1 can (6-oz) Lump Crab Meat, drained
Remove yolks from halved eggs. With fork, mash yolks and add mayonnaise, celery, mustard, Seasoning, parsley, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add crab meat, mix well. Refill whites with yolk mixture and garnish with a dusting of paprika. Serve immediately or store covered in refrigerator.
