Crispy Wasabi Ginger Spinach Potato Balls


4 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce

a generous handful of fresh spinach chopped

2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast

3 medium potatoes boiled and cooled

salt to taste

1 cup of panko bread crumbs


Heat Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce in a medium skillet, add spinach, and cook until wilted. Add potato, spinach, and nutritional yeast and mash in a medium-sized bowl. Make into small balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Roll in panko bread crumbs and bake for 25 minutes at 450 and then broil for 2-3 minutes. Watch closely to make sure they don't burn. Serve with Our Zesty Garlic Aioli.
