4 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce
a generous handful of fresh spinach chopped
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
3 medium potatoes boiled and cooled
salt to taste
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
In a medium skillet heat Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce add spinach and cook until wilted. In a medium sized bowl add potato, spinach and nutritional yeast and mash. Make into small balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Roll in panko bread crumbs and bake for 25 minutes at 450 and then broil for 2-3 minutes. Watch close to make sure they don't burn. Serve with Our Zesty Garlic Aioli.
