Coleslaw with Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce


1- 14oz. bag of coleslaw blend (or you can shred your own cabbage, carrots and red cabbage if you prefer)

2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce

1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup mayonnaise (we used a vegan brand)

salt and pepper to taste


In a medium bowl add all ingredients except coleslaw blend. Mix well.  In a large bowl put cabbage blend in and pour liquid mixture over the top and mix well.  Let set for about 10 minutes and then remix.  You are now ready to serve.  Enjoy!
