1- 14oz. bag of coleslaw blend (or you can shred your cabbage, carrots, and red cabbage if you prefer)
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise (we used a vegan brand)
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except the coleslaw blend. Mix well. In a large bowl, put cabbage blend in and pour liquid mixture over the top, and mix well. Let sit for about 10 minutes and then remix. You are now ready to serve. Enjoy!
