Buffalo Cauliflower with Zesty Garlic Dip


1 cup flour

1 cup plain Almond milk (or milk)

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Cajun Seasoning

4-5 cups fresh cauliflower florets

3/4 cup hot sauce (We used Frank’s brand)


Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Whisk flour, almond milk, and Bittersweet Herb Farm Cajun Seasoning. Dip cauliflower pieces in the batter and let excess drip off. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake on an upper rack for 15-20 minutes until lightly crisped and browned.  Remove from the oven and gently toss the baked cauliflower in a bowl with the hot sauce. Return to pan. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.

Zesty Garlic Dip:


2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream


Mix all ingredients together and let sit at least 1/2 hour before serving.
