Buffalo Cauliflower with Zesty Garlic Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1 cup plain Almond milk (or milk)

1 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Cajun Seasoning

4-5 cups fresh cauliflower florets

3/4 cup hot sauce (We used Frank’s brand)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Whisk flour, almond milk and Bittersweet Herb Farm Cajun Seasoning. Dip cauliflower pieces in the batter and let excess drip off. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake on an upper rack for 15-20 minutes until lightly crisped and browned.  Remove from oven and gently toss the baked cauliflower in a bowl with the hot sauce. Return to pan. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.

Zesty Garlic Dip:

Ingredients:  

2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients together and let set at least 1/2 hour before serving.
