Brown Sage Butter with Butternut Squash and Pasta


1 small Butternut Squash cubed and cooked until tender

1 package Rice pasta cooked to package directions (or your choice of Pasta)

1/4 cup vegan butter (or butter of your choice)

1 small onion chopped

1 tsp salt

1 Heaping Tbsp  Bittersweet Herb Farm Savory Herb Seasoning

1/4 Cup Vegetable broth

1 tsp lemon juice


In a large skillet or wok add the vegan butter and onion let the butter melt and add

  Bittersweet Herb Farm Savory Herb Seasoning.  Stir constantly until starting to brown.  Add the salt, vegetable broth and lemon juice and heat.  Toss in squash and pasta to coat.  Heat through and plate.  Enjoy!
