1-1/2 lbs. of beef sliced into thin strips.
2 cups assorted sweet peppers cut into slices.
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 shredded carrot
1 med onion sliced thin
1 cup sliced celery
Marinade sliced beef in 1/4 cup Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Finishing Sauce. Let the beef sit for a half-hour.
In a Wok or large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper and Garlic Oil.
Add marinated beef and fry until all sides are heated approximately 2 minutes (do not overcook). Add all remaining vegetables and continuously stir until desired tenderness. Add remaining Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Finishing Sauce. Remove from heat and serve on top of your favorite rice or noodle.
