Avocado & White Bean Salad with Vinaigrette

1 can white beans
1 avocado, chopped
1 Roma tomato, chopped
1/4 sweet onion, chopped

    For the Vinaigrette:

    1 1/2 Tbsp   Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Pepper oil
    1/2 of a lemon juice
     basil, to taste
    garlic powder, to taste
    salt & pepper, to taste
    1 tsp mustard
    1 Tbsp  Bittersweet Herb Farm Balsamic Vinegar with Orange and Rosemary 


      Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together then pour over salad base and mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Viola! Yummy vegan veggie deliciousness.

      Want to make this Vegetarian? We recommend adding some crumbled feta cheese!  

      Wanna add some meat? Bake a chicken breast at 350 for 25-30 minutes in Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic and Rosemary Oil chop into bite sized pieces and mix in!
