8-10 Cups of fresh spinach
1/2 Cup water
2 heaping Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning
2 Tbsp Tamari (or salt to taste)
2 heaping Tbsp vegan butter
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/3 cup oat milk (or any non dairy milk)
2 Tbsp arrowroot
2 Tbsp tamari
In a large skillet add water and Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Start adding spinach until it all fits in the pan. Simmer until the spinach has shrunk to about 2 cups. Remove spinach from pan into a large bowl. Return pan to burner and add butter, milk and tamari. Slowly add nutritional yeast and arrowroot. Stir well with a wire whisk until thickened. If it becomes too thick add more milk or water. Add sauce to spinach and stir well.
Serve with pita chips,tortilla chips, fresh celery stalks, carrot sticks, the choices are endless.
